Appointment texts
SMS Terms
Effective October 27, 2026.
The program
Pau Nafeesah's Beauty Room may send transactional text messages about appointments you request: confirmations, calendar links, time changes, running-late notices, and similar scheduling messages. These are not advertising campaigns.
Consent
By entering your mobile number and confirming a booking, you consent to receive those appointment texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying a service in person; you may book by calling the studio instead if you do not want SMS.
Frequency and cost
You will typically receive a small number of messages per booking (often one confirmation, plus a notice only if something changes). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your phone, and (when applicable) Twilio and carrier registration rules.
Opt out
Reply STOP to the studio text number to opt out of SMS from that sender, or tell us at (787) 464-2599 / paulanatcruz2001@gmail.com. After you opt out, we may still call you about an existing appointment if we cannot reach you another way. Reply HELP or contact us for help.
Your number
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide, and that you will update us if the number changes. Privacy practices for the number are in the Privacy Policy.
